An 8 week secular Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course

Monday evenings 7-9pm from 23rd January 2017

£150 (Low waged £110) to include:

8 evening sessions, a full Day of Mindfulness on 18th March 2017, all course materials.
