- one space in a first floor artists’ studio sharing with other artists: 2 m x 2 m, £40/month.
- You can join LuneLab, our equipped community workspace and Makerspace for £10/month, and use it whenever you like.
- There is shared office space available in The Hive, our hotdesking area, where you can rent a desk by the hour, day, week or month.

Working space – a permanent desk and storage available for £100 a month (£500 for the first 6 months if paid upfront); or a shared desk for £60 a month for up to 80 hours, or buy a ‘pay as you go’ voucher for £10 which gives you 10 hours in the Hive.
Price includes service charge, desk, utilities and internet. We now have hyperfast, fibre optic broadband provided by B4RN (Broadband for the Rural North) with wired connections to each desk in the Hive.
We aim to keep our rents affordable, and our terms flexible, with rental periods of between six months and five years.
Rents are exclusive of rates, utilities, and service charge (currently £12.50 a week but will be reviewed this year), apart from in the Hive and art studio space where these costs are included.
Parking is limited and we encourage you to come by public transport or by bike – there is an excellent paved, lit cycle path from Lancaster and Caton, and we have showers!
There is some limited storage space available to rent.
There is a 20% discount on rent and facilities for Lancaster Cohousing residents, to meet planning conditions which are intended to encourage residents to work near to home, reducing travel to work journeys.
We have meeting rooms and a large rehearsal/event space for hire (with discounts for Halton Mill tenants), and catering can often be provided.
