This workshop will be a beautiful celebration of all the wonderful things in life. Autumn is a time of balance and also the time of the year where we harvest all of the wonderful things the year has already brought…During Autumn (Vata season in Ayurveda) our bodies and minds can easily become overwhelmed and out of balance – you may feel unsettled, ungrounded & unstable in the winds of Autumn. But while we cannot change the seasonal weather shifts, we can maintain internal balance by adjusting our lifestyles to counter the predominant Vata energy in nature. This workshop will be all about reviewing the last year, giving thanks, planting new seeds and most of all celebrating balance, life and new beginnings
The Yoga will include empowering vinyasa and gentle yin yoga, we’ll use the practice to help re-align with whom you really are & what is good for us. You will flow, move, rest, release & rejuvenate & most of all go deeply within to hear the messages of your body, your deep inner knowing & wisdom & find your rhythm with life.
