Makerspace and Music at the Mill

In two of our ground floor workshops we have set up LuneLab a community workshop or Makerspace.  People can join and then use the space to work on all kind of short or long term projects on their own or in groups. There are  pottery, woodworking, jewellery and technology areas as well as organised sessions. Costs are minimal – you can join Lunelab for £10/month (standing order) which entitles you to 24 hour access to its facilities.  It is a place to make, mend, craft, tinker, explore, learn, collaborate and play. There is a second room which can be hired as a teaching space for ‘messy arts activities’.  Please get in touch with Luke Mills via email: or ‘phone, 07980000682) if you want to find out more.

We are also actively encouraging music activities in Halton Mill, and have a small grant to support concerts, music classes and other musical activity.  We have space for rehearsal, performances, teaching, improvisation, and anything else you might think of.  If you’d like to get involved or find out moreplease contact Fiona Frank via email or ‘phone 07582 789406.
