She said: "These art works start with an experience: a walk, a glimpse of a bird or a tiny beetle, a peer in a rock pool, a tour of an aquarium.
"They are acts of memory, of love, of re-creation.
"I immerse myself in these little worlds, trying to capture the feelings as well as the sights that belong to that treasured moment."
There will be an exhibition launch on September 19 between 6.30pm - 8pm, including a short talk (7pm) from the artist about her process.
