Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• You become a legal tenant at Halton Mill and sign tenancy agreements
• You sign up to the Halton Mill mailing list/regulars email
• You rent a space at Halton Mill and provide your details while booking
• You make an inquiry at Halton Mill
• You attend an event at Halton Mill

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep personal information for 10 years. By retaining data for this duration, we can provide accurate historical records if needed, address potential disputes, and facilitate audits effectively.

We will then dispose of your information by deleting data from our secure network and securely disposing of paper documents.

All online information is stored on a secure google drive.

All paper contracts and personal information is stored in a locked filing cabinet in Halton Mill.
