Friday 3rd March saw our community come together to celebrate Alison's retirement.

Alison has been at Halton Mill since the beginning, she is a founding director & most recently our Operations Director.

After over 10 years Alison is now stepping down from roles in Halton Mill management, but will remain a director.

Many current and past users of the Mill and residents from the cohousing community next door came to celebrate Alison, and we enjoyed speeches, music and tributes to her all evening.

We wish Alison good luck on her next chapter, which starts with a few months inter-railing around Europe before returning to pursue an art foundation degree at university - I think she may end up being busier in retirement than before.
